CNC Process Engineer

Title: CNC Process Engineer
Location: Sallisaw, OK (74955)
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000

We are a growing manufacturing organization specializing in precision-engineered products and advanced production technologies. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in optimizing CNC machining processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting high-quality manufacturing operations in a collaborative plant environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, develop, and optimize CNC machining and assembly processes to improve production efficiency.
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G code) and select tools, machinery, and automation systems.
• Oversee setup, maintenance, calibration, and safe operation of CNC and assembly equipment.
• Monitor machining and assembly quality and resolve defects through process adjustments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on the production floor to improve uptime.
• Train operators and maintain documentation such as work instructions, setup sheets, and PFMEA.

What You Need For This Job

• Strong knowledge of CNC operations, machining methods, and assembly systems.
• Experience with GROB or SW Equipment
• CNC programming experience (G code, Siemens, Fanuc) and CAD/CAM for process planning.
• Strong analytical, root cause, and troubleshooting skills for machining and assembly issues.
• Effective communication and cross functional teamwork with production, QA, maintenance, and design.
• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to work in plant conditions with noise, temperature variation, and lift up to 40 lbs.
