responsibilities:

• Partner with Supply Chain SMEs to author, revise, and manage GMP documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and Change Controls.
• Facilitate CAPA closures and actively participate in Operations-related process improvement initiatives.
• Develop standardized document formatting and content structures to ensure logical organization while minimizing gaps and duplication.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure all documentation meets or exceeds compliance expectations.
• Compile supporting change management documentation and follow up with reviewers and approvers to meet project timelines.

 
qualifications:



Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience authoring and revising GMP documentation and managing change controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced document management applications and process improvement techniques.
• Strong cross-functional communication and meeting facilitation skills.
