Role overview:
We are looking for a high impact Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the Finance function in Europe and to act as a Business Partner for Mastercard Business Development Europe (MDE) and the Strategy Function.
This role is a core part of the European finance setup, partnering closely with Business Development and Strategy leaders to provide financial insight, commercial rigor, and decision support across complex deals, partnerships, and growth initiatives. The role also involves thorough analytical work on broad Europe’s finance performance, the coordination of Strategic KPIs and the involvement in the broad finance analytics initiative.
The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic topics, and fast paced commercial decision making in a highly visible European role.
