About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified IMC RN in Lynchburg, Virginia, 24501!

• Provide intermediate care nursing for a mixed patient population including med-surg, telemetry, cardiac IMCU, neurological, and CVA patients
• Deliver care during 12-hour night shifts in a Neuro IMCU setting
• Charge nurse responsibility may be required; appropriate pay differential and training may be provided
• Collaborate with and support students and new hires in a teaching hospital environment
• Utilize Cerner electronic health records system
• Fulfill holiday coverage requirements, including working at least one major holiday (Christmas Day and/or New Year's Day)

• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license required upon start
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application/packet submission
• Skills checklist and copy of Nursys/license required with submission
• All gaps in work history exceeding 90 days must be explained

• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend-only availability

• Assignments of up to 20 weeks may be available, offering extended stability and continuity of care
• Weekend-only scheduling requests will be considered
