Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our downtown Chickasha team. This role is responsible for supporting the Bank's debit card operations by monitoring and mitigating fraud risk, processing debit card maintenance, investigating cardholder disputes, and providing operational support related to debit card services.

Essential Functions

• Monitor debit card transactions for suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
• Review fraud alerts and take appropriate action to minimize losses and protect customer accounts
• Investigate and resolve debit card fraud claims and transaction disputes in accordance with applicable regulations
• Process debit card maintenance, including new cards, replacements, renewals, PIN requests, travel notifications, and card status changes
• Block, restrict, or reissue debit cards as necessary due to fraud, loss, theft, or compromise
• Process chargebacks, recoveries, and transaction adjustments
• Assist customers and bank staff with debit card questions, transactions research, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation of fraud investigations, disputes, and card maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Regulation E, Bank policies, and network rules

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 6 months customer service preferred
• Strong computer and 10 key skills
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including oral and written communication skills

Other Requirements

• Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check
• This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours
• May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
