CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SCIENTIFIC EDU. BACKGROUND

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This role supports the Business Development Team with cold calling and finding potential clients. This role may also be accountable for creating new client relationships, managing existing client relationships within their portfolio to create a positive client experience, and driving opportunities to the Sales Head for increased business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for maintaining effective business relationships with clients, including administration of contracts and agreements

· Accountable for the internal alignment, preparation and delivery of SOWs, program amendment orders, and other required contracts.

· Accountable for developing and implementing account management plans for clients in their portfolio

· Accountable for maintaining strategic relationships (alliance management) with clients within their portfolio

· Responsible for updating and maintaining revenue forecasts

· Responsible for representing client accounts at the senior leadership team meetings

· Responsible for continuous improvement and streamlining of the client engagement and client onboarding processes

· Responsible for updating and maintaining client information within established tools (e.g. Salesforce)

Requirements

· Required: Educational background in a scientific discipline

No other experience is required, just the will to work hard and do cold calling all day to drive new business
