Full-Cycle Account Executive - Flatbed/Open-Deck Freight

We're looking for an experienced logistics salesperson to help grow our brokerage the right way. Importantly, this is not a churn-and-burn operation. We're not measuring who can drag the most customers through the door. We're looking for someone who can identify and win high-quality customersshippers who will give us consistent freight volume at fair market rates and grow with us over time.

This is a cradle-to-grave position where you'll own the full sales cycle: generating your own leads, managing them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, cold-calling, qualifying, quoting, andat least to startbooking your own trucks.

Location: Remote/work from home to start and moving to a hybrid work schedule in the future. The office will be located in the Chattanooga, TN area. Candidates not living in the area but willing to relocate are a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate your own leads through prospecting and research
• Enter and manage leads in our CRM
• Cold-call, qualify, and quote prospects
• Book trucks and manage loads cradle-to-grave (initially)
• Target shippers that fit our ideal customer profile (specific markets and shipper types we'll share during onboarding)
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Represent our company's values in every interaction
• Other duties, as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of logistics sales experience, specifically selling flatbed/open-deck services
• A proven track record of winning quality accounts, not just high-volume accounts
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• TMS (Transportation Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Self-motivated and disciplinedyou'll be working from home and owning your own pipeline
• Comfortable handling the full sales cycle independently, including booking trucks
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-first mindset
• Someone who values stability and wants to build something lasting

Position type and Work Hours:

This is a full-time, exempt position. Typically, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; however, actual work hours will depend on your book of business.

Travel:

Minimal travel may be required for meetings, events, field location visits, or other business-related needs.
