Hiring Now CNC Machinist

Full-Time, any shift | Weekly Pay up to $35/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Machine precision parts using multi-axis lathes and Haas mills
• Set up equipment with proper tooling and perform tool changes
• Handle a mix of short runs and extended production jobs
• Complete 2–3 machine setups per week
• Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges
• Perform minor program edits to optimize machining performance
• Document setups, inspections, and production data using iPads

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recent CNC machining experience (mills or lathes)
• Strong setup experience and understanding of tooling
• Willingness to work across both lathes and mills
• Ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Detail-oriented mindset with consistent inspection habits

Work Environment

• Clean, well-lit, and organized machine shop
• Team of 10–12 machinists within a larger, stable company
• Company-wide workforce of approximately 100 employees
• Focus on manufacturing electronic and mechanical drive systems
• Dedicated workspace with advanced equipment and technology

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
