Intake Specialist

To support the Medical Management department, the full-time hourly Clinical Intake Specialist will manage the notification process using electronic systems, provide non-clinical support, and ensure compliance with relevant policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform tasks in accordance with Department of Labor, HIPAA, ERISA, and Medical Management Policy and Procedures Utilize software and office equipment for accurate data entry to complete the notification process Prioritize calls in the telephonic intake queue and refer clinical information to licensed staff as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience working in a remote environment Experience in a high-volume setting Familiarity with medical terminology
