Executive Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to oversee multiple locations.

Our company is looking to hire an EXECTUIVE CHEF to oversee our three growing locations. This position would be responsible for all kitchen operations across all three locations- ensuring consistent food quality, menu execution, cost control and team development. This role oversees BOH management teams, drive company standards while maintaining day-to-day operations through strong leadership, training and strategic planning.

Salary: 80k - 90k

Qualifications/Abilities:

• 5+ years of Managing Experience 
• 10+ years of Cooking Experience
• ServSafe Certified/ Proper knowledge for health and safety of preparing and handling food
• Kitchen Display System experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Full-time availability with flexible schedule 50-55 hour work weeks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties include:

• Ordering and inventory management
• Overseeing BOH schedules to match scheduling expectations.
• Planning and executing Catering and events 
• Hiring qualified candidates and maintaining staff levels
• Training back of house positions and holding management responsible to achieve company standards
• Overseeing and maintaining quality of food preparation and presentation
• Creating new and exciting menu items to follow trends
• Monitoring handling, storing and preparing food safety and correctly as well as overall kitchen cleanliness
• Overseeing all kitchen operations at all three locations to ensure consistency
• Conducting regular site visits based on volume expecttancy 
• Lead, coach and develop all kitchen managers at each location
