Fall Protection Solutions Account Executive

Your Day, Your TerritoryStart your morning reviewing your territory plan and CRM pipeline. By mid-day, you’re walking a rooftop with a facility manager, taking basic field measurements, and discussing how guardrail systems, roof and overhead lifelines, ladders and ladder safety systems, crossovers, or equipment platforms could solve real hazards while supporting OSHA compliance. In the afternoon, you’re back on the road to a manufacturing plant, following up on an introduction from a contractor, and later collaborating with our General Manager, Estimators, Marketing, and Technical Support to shape a compelling proposal. We partner with leaders across the pharmaceutical, automotive, food and beverage, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, retail, transportation, and public sectors—earning their trust with high-quality, safety-improving results.What You’ll OwnCultivate and expand relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, manufacturers, and other key decision-makers.Create territory plans, map influencers, and move deals efficiently from prospecting through close.Match customer needs to the right fall protection products and services.Generate new business via outreach, networking, marketing assets, social media, and diligent follow-up.Keep customer, activity, and opportunity data current and accurate in the CRM.Partner closely with the General Manager and internal teams (Estimating, Marketing, Technical Support) to win and deliver projects.Capture basic site measurements and project details needed for product-specific solutions.What You Bring3–5 years of successful sales experience; background in safety, construction, industrial, or equipment rental is a plus.Outstanding communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-through skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond to evolving customer timelines.Familiarity with OSHA 1910 and 1926 fall protection requirements preferred.Commercial roofing or government-project exposure is advantageous.Comfort traveling, climbing ladders and multiple flights of stairs, and working around heights.Compensation & LogisticsBase Salary: $60,000 plus commissionCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceTerritory: Major Cities within a 300-Mile Radius of Florence, KYReporting Structure: General Manager of US Fall ProtectionWhy This Role Stands OutDefined territory with a known customer universe—no starting from zero.Autonomy in the field, backed by leadership when you need it.Opportunities to build long-term relationships.A chance to uncover untapped potential in existing and select new accounts.Create meaningful value for customers committed to safety.ProficienciesTerritory SalesBusiness-to-Business (B2B)Outside SalesOSHAUS Fall ProtectionU.S. Fall Protection is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Holland Roofing Services
