YourSpace Storage is looking for a part-time experienced, motivated, outgoing, Leasing Specialist to add to its growing team. This position offers a flexible work schedule and requires weekends. The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, with the exact figure depending on your experience and qualifications. Requirements:

The full-time position includes competitive compensation and benefits, job responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with finding the ideal storage space.
• Retail sales of moving & storage supplies.
• Promoting truck rentals.
• Accepting payments.
• Handling customer phone calls and providing customer service to all prospective and current customers.
• Prepare lease agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new customers.
• Providing light maintenance to the facility and rental trucks.
• Making collection calls to customers in arrears.
• Perform daily lock checks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

The part-time position includes competitive compensation and benefits, job responsibilities include:

• Maintain high occupancy rates by leasing storage units.
• Answer all calls that come into the leasing office in a professional and friendly manner, providing appropriate information to the caller. Must attempt to set up an appointment with every prospect.
• Present the features and benefits of the property to all prospects during email and phone conversations and while touring the property.
• Greet all visitors and tour the property, showing appropriate vacant units.
• Perform monthly off site marketing and competition shopping
• Prepare units and files for auctions; perform the auction.
• Prepare Lease Agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new customers.
• Schedule truck rentals and inspect and clean rental trucks upon return.
• Make collections calls daily, post payments, and process daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Create and maintain the staff’s monthly schedule. Ensure the office covered at all times, including all outs late arrivals.
• Perform daily lock checks.
• Promote retail items including moving and packing supplies, locks, and other items.
• Process monthly renewal rent increases.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: part-time; approximately 28 hours a week, including weekends

Job Location:

Required license or certification :

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
