What you need to bring:

• Valid paraprofessional license, teacher's assistant (TA) certification, or an associate's degree
• A commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Adaptability to shift between general classroom support and 1:1 assignments as needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in educational or childcare settings highly preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support as directed by teachers or administrators
