What We’re Looking For:

• Current paraprofessional license, teacher’s assistant (TA) certification, or an associate’s degree
• Solid experience working in school settings or with children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to accommodate changing classroom needs
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support for teachers and students
• Offer 1:1 assistance to students with unique learning, behavioral, or physical needs

• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, teachers, and school administrators
