Strategic Employee Benefits Sales Leader

USI Insurance Services is seeking an Outside Employee Benefits sales professional responsible for driving new business, retaining clients, and growing existing revenue. You will manage client relationships, articulate USI’s value, and help clients navigate complex benefit solutions. Requirements include 3+ years of sales in an insurance brokerage and a Life and Health license.
