Baker Housekeeping Services is a long‐established residential cleaning company serving North County and coastal areas. I am looking for a reliable, honest, steady helper to assist with residential deep‐cleaning jobs. This is part‐time work with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential deep‐cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens
- Follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Physical labor including stairs, bending, lifting
- Work alongside the owner during jobs
- Occasional organizing tasks
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical work
- Comfortable working around pets
- Able to follow direction
- Honest, dependable, consistent
- Must be okay with a trial period
- No drama, no excuses
Pay
- $20–$24/hr to start
- Raises based on reliability and performance
- Paid weekly
