About the Property Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq ft of event space, it is a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. Responsibilities Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. Thoroughly complete all guest transactions. Promote and sell special hotel programs and room upsell programs. Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and resort policies. Maintain house bank. Ensure Front Desk and Lobby are always neat and clean. Resolve guest issues with the ability to turn a negative experience into a positive experience. Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty. Assist with all guests’ inquiries via phone or in person. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds. Qualifications A minimum of one year of customer service–related experience. Strong computer skills. Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. An outgoing and engaging personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
