Role Overview The Project Manager – Delivery leads end-to-end execution of AI data operations projects, ensuring delivery against quality, budget, and timeline commitments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong operational leadership and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day execution of data annotation and content projects, ensuring alignment to scope, quality standards, timelines, and budget. Partner with Senior Project Managers on feasibility, resource planning, budgeting, and execution strategy. Translate client requirements into scalable delivery plans and drive successful implementation. Monitor production metrics, manage deadlines, and uphold high quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client communication protocols. Support business development efforts, including proposal inputs and scope assessment. Identify process improvements and support reporting automation. Provide performance feedback and assist in hiring efforts as needed. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing IT services or AI data operations environment; experience leading annotation teams preferred. Experience in high-volume production environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player.
