Your Role

As our Body Shop Manager , you’ll:

Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency and top-quality repairs.
Estimate repair costs using cutting-edge tools and collaborate with insurance companies and customers.
Mentor and lead a talented team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, insurance adjusters, and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

Must have Estimators Credentials.
Must have prior experience in a body shop environment (your resume will be filtered out of rotation if it does not reflect experience)
Proven experience in a body shop leadership role or as an estimator.
Expertise in creating accurate and competitive estimates using CCC One or similar software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
Ability to inspire and manage a team for peak performance.
