Data Management Specialist

Payrate: $48.00- $49.00/hr.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the executional operations of Global offline match partner, Live Ramp, and customer data management platform, Salesforce; Includes fulfillment of all audience requests for use in Paid Media and other channels as needed
• Work collaboratively with the IT Product and Customer Data team in the management of data flow into ManTech partners like Live Ramp, understands and sets paid media audience strategy globally
• Work to ensure data privacy compliance and avoid negligent use of data within.
• Analyzing audiences for target segmentation, brand persona development and performance

Technical Skills:

• Looking for candidate with knowledge of AI to revise the program and optimize the use of AI
• Knowledge of digital media and audience segmentation
• Supplier side experience
• Organized, Analytical, Proactive, Ability to Prioritize, Strong Attention to Detail
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 3+ years in digital marketing, data management or experience working with an advertising agency
• Supplier side experience is a definite plus, as is working knowledge of first party data, LiveRamp, SalesForce Ad Studio and/or 3rd party data providers

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00- $49.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
