Equipment Operator

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible to safely operate: front end loader, tractor, and fork lift, in accordance with all applicable OSHA Regulations.Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and service.Operate small dump truck.Work without direct supervision.Operate all equipment according to manufacturers' printed material.Use sound judgment when using equipment around horses.Maintain constant surveillance of the grounds for safety concerns.Report all maintenance repairs immediately to supervisor.Responsible to read and understand all safety rules for each piece of equipment.Attends all safety and/ or OSHA training sessions as required.Assist with all duties associated with snow removal.Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.Promotes outstanding customer relations.Performs all other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsPrevious OSHA Certified Forklift Training a plus.Valid driver's license required.Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in extremes of weather.Must be able to remain highly flexible in an environment of constant change.Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
