Nursing Home Administrator needed for a strong system! Bonus Incentive Program up to $42,000 and Full Relocation!

Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility, facility compliance with policies and State and Federal rules and regulations and providing the highest quality of care possible. 90+ Residents and a team of 80 FTE's. Reports to the VP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in long-term care administration or long term acute care (LTAC) facility.
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
