Charge Nurse - DialysisThis position offers a 4x10 hour shift, primarily scheduled from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some weekend and occasional Sunday shifts may be required based on departmental needs.The Charge Nurse will oversee the daily operations of a 24-chair outpatient chronic and acute dialysis unit, ensuring optimal patient care and staff support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be capable of managing a dynamic team in an outpatient setting.Manage nursing staff and facilitate smooth operations within the dialysis unit.Provide direct patient care including administering dialysis treatments and medications.Monitor patient progress and respond to any complications or emergencies.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the Epic charting system.Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.Minimum of 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing, with charge nurse experience required.BLS certification is mandatory.Current NY RN license is required at the time of submission.Epic charting system experience is a must.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
