Position Overview
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our Human Resources team and helping ensure a positive employee experience across the organization. Youll gain exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations while building valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with recruiting logistics
• Maintain organized and confidential employee records and documentation
• Support onboarding activities to create a smooth new hire experience
• Respond to employee questions and direct requests appropriately
• Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with company trainings, employee events, and HR initiatives
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment

Qualifications

• No prior HR experience required we train motivated candidates
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
• High school Diploma required
• Associate's or Bachelor's xhqgsiq degree preferred
• Previous administrative, office, customer service, retail, or internship experience is a plus
• High school diploma required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
