Patient Services Representative Redmond Urgent Care 0.75 FTE days/evenings

Position Overview Patient Services Representative at Overlake Medical Center Urgent Care, full‑time, 30 hours per week in Redmond. Shift Schedule Sunday – Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., 10‑hour day‑evening shift. Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front‑office check‑in process. Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers. Collect patient records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via Epic. Perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred. Preferred experience in physician office, hospital, or other frontline customer contact. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations. Ability to multi‑task, be organized, and detail oriented. Proficient computer keyboard skills. Must provide proof of full COVID‑19 immunization before first day of employment.
