Registered Nurse - MedSurg/PCU

Schedule: Nights

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state
• Experience in MedSurg and PCU

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure patient safety through preventative measures and appropriate documentation.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment in the MedSurg/PCU areas safely and effectively.
• Implement infection control and isolation procedures diligently.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status and nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and report critical lab values to physicians promptly.

Compliance / Notes:

Must be available to work through the upcoming holiday season with minimal time-off requests.
