Real Estate Apprentice - High Commission Split, Training Provided

Starting a real estate career is easier when you have experienced people showing you what to do next.

We’re looking for individuals who are already licensed or close to completing their real estate license and are ready to start putting that license to work.

You’ll receive practical training on the activities that build a real estate business, including connecting with potential clients, working with buyers and sellers, following up with prospects, conducting property showings, and learning the transaction process from beginning to closing.

You’ll work alongside experienced real estate professionals who can provide coaching, answer questions, and help you develop the skills and confidence needed to work independently with clients.

There is also a high commission split , giving you the ability to keep more of your earnings as you begin producing. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

We’re looking for people who communicate well, enjoy working with others, are willing to learn, and are serious about turning real estate into a long-term career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market.

• Support clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and market conditions in the Chattanooga, TN-GA area.

• Active real estate license or nearing completion of licensing requirements.
• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property listings efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to track leads and streamline transactions effectively.
