Location: Brookfield, WI Job Type: Full-time The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of employees, inventory, sales operations, and overall branch activities. This role focuses on maintaining a professional store environment, growing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for working with customers. This position involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial customer conversations through closing, while supporting both business and individual customers through retail, field, office, and job-site interactions.
