Our Assistant Branch Managers play an important role in creating a welcoming, relationship-focused banking experience for customers and a supportive environment for team members. In this role, you'll help lead daily branch activity, coach and develop bankers, build meaningful customer relationships, and connect customers with solutions that support their financial goals.

This position is available at our Oconomowoc - Brown St location.

What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be a trusted leader, coach, and problem-solver who helps the branch succeed by:

• Coaching, encouraging, and developing branch team members so they feel confident, engaged, and prepared to provide excellent service.
• Leading by example and helping create a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented branch culture.
• Building lasting consumer and business banking relationships through thoughtful conversations, follow-up, and personalized service.
• Helping customers navigate questions or concerns with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Partnering with branch leadership to support sales, service, operational, and team performance goals.
• Connecting customers with the right Bank Five Nine products, services, and business partners to meet their needs.
• Supporting compliance with banking laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while modeling sound judgment and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of experience in a retail banking environment.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• An active NMLS ID or the ability to meet NMLS licensing requirements.
