About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Healthcare M&A, with a focus on executing mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including managing due diligence, structuring deals, and drafting definitive agreements. Key responsibilities also include overseeing the construction of complex financial models, leading the preparation of high-quality pitch materials, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and advisors throughout the deal lifecycle. The role demands a minimum of 4 years' direct M&A experience, exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. While prior experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite, as the company is willing to provide training on industry specifics to the right candidate. The ideal candidate for this Vice President position at the company will have a strong foundation in M&A execution, with a proven track record in deal-making. Technical skills should include a flawless command of Excel and PowerPoint, and a Series 79 and 63 certifications are preferred. The role also requires the ability to mentor and manage a team of analysts, ensuring quality control and fostering professional development. A background in the healthcare services landscape, such as physician practice management, behavioral health, or pharma services, is a strong plus.
