Position Summary


This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.


Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties

• Assist Senior Team Coordinator with daily tasks
• Front desk duties as assigned, such as mail and lunch coverage
• Assist teams with ad hoc projects on a weekly basis
• Assist Business Management team and Chief of Staff with projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to reliably commute and report to the Tri Star office
• Ability to work a minimum of 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years of relevant work or internship experience
