We are looking for college students or recent graduates with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mentality to spend some time with us learning what it's like to work in the wine and cider industry.Here's your chance to dip your toes into tasting room operations and management. Your experience will include customer service, sales, human resources management, and retail merchandising. Let's face it; you never know what a job is really like until your try it.Duties may include but are not limited to:Working tasting roomsLearning sales and leadership strategiesGiving feedback to staffOrdering and forecastingAssisting with special events and festivalsPacking club shipmentsLearning pricing strategiesSourcing new vendors and productsControlling inventoryPay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Shifts and days may vary.### QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older (21+ preferred) Must have your own transportation and a valid driver's license
