Serves as critical finance support to commercial sales leaders driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and delivering insights that enable sound business decisions. Accoutabilities: Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy Analyze performance and pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive revenue and margin growth Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisionsinclusive of price promotions Partner with Commercial teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics and business goals Lead planning and forecasting efforts related to key P&L areas Deadlines related to accounting close and general price increase cycles Own: Regional P&L Influence: Embedded with Regional Sales Team; advisor to RFM, Sr FSMs and FSMs. Veto: Regional Finance Manager Critical Relationships: Revenue Management, FP&A, Commercial team members Training and onboarding Skils Needed To Be Successful: 3-5 years of experience in a finance business partner role Relationship-building & influencing skills Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
