Overview WE'RE HIRING: Field Marketing Specialist | Idaho Falls, ID Do you love people, love food, and love being on the road? LTR Premium Jerky is looking for our next Field Marketing Team Member to be the face of our brand inside the stores that carry us. This is NOT a desk job. This is in-store product samplings, real conversations with real customers, and turning first-time tasters into loyal repeat buyers — all while representing a fifth-generation Wyoming ranching family and our USDA-graded beef products. Responsibilities Run high-energy in-store tastings and demos Build genuine relationships with store staff and customers Travel your territory (full weeks on the road, then home base) Help drive product velocity and smart merchandising Be the boots-on-the-ground voice of LTR Premium Qualifications An outgoing, warm personality — you make people like us Willingness to travel extensively (this is core to the role, not a bonus) Valid driver's license with a clean record Self-starter who thrives working independently Ability to stand for demo shifts and lift/carry product cases Bonus points for experience in field marketing, retail demos, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality — but not required!
