- Circulating experience preferred. - AWHONN required. - License: License/Certificate Verification for onboarding. - Multiple professional and personal health documentation needed for onboarding, including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Tdap, and more. - Trinity specific forms and tests required for onboarding.
