Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our air quality services and solutions.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored proposals.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving targets.
• The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience in environmental services, HVAC, or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and CRM software.
