Responsibilities include:

• Market NY construction accounts
• Negotiate and place accounts with wholesalers and carriers
• Navigate NY labor laws with confidence
• Manage individual project policies, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation
• Lead detailed contract reviews, including indemnity clauses, liability limitations, scopes of work, and design-build considerations
• Identify coverage gaps and address excessive client/subcontractor requirements
