Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Reports to: HR Leadership A growing multi‑unit restaurant group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support leadership hiring during an exciting period of expansion. This role will primarily focus on full‑cycle recruiting for restaurant management and field leadership positions. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Training leaders to ensure new and existing locations are staffed with strong, high‑performing managers. What You’ll Do Lead full‑cycle recruiting for GM, AGM, Kitchen Manager, and Shift Leader roles Support leadership hiring for new restaurant openings Source, screen, and manage candidates through offer stage Partner with hiring managers to define expectations and success profiles Track pipeline activity and time‑to‑fill metrics Help improve recruiting processes as the company scales (Limited involvement in hourly crew hiring.) What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi‑unit environments preferred) Experience hiring manager‑level roles Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting metrics This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys execution, thrives in growth environments, and wants to have a real impact on building leadership teams.
