Job Description

The Store Manager plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail location, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership to maintain inventory accuracy, implement loss prevention strategies, and uphold visual merchandising standards while managing budgets and operational planning effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead store staff to achieve performance goals
  • Control inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues
  • Prepare and review financial reports for store performance
  • Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays
  • Implement loss prevention procedures to reduce shrinkage
  • Develop operational plans to improve efficiency
  • Conduct team training and development initiatives
  • Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage
  • Manage store budget and expenses

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Proficient in retail and inventory management
  • Strong customer service and sales analysis skills
  • Proven team leadership and communication abilities
  • Experienced in financial reporting and scheduling
  • Skilled in problem solving and conflict resolution
