Registered Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Leadership Position at our esteemed healthcare facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while inspiring and guiding our staff to achieve our mission.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Leadership Position at Franciscan Villa, you will be expected to:

Provide direct patient care and leadership to our nursing team
Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Mentor and educate nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care, consistently exceeding patient satisfaction and expectations
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Collaborate with our medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans
Mentor and coach nursing staff to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
Minimum of [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
