Global MBA Admissions Strategy & Recruitment Lead

Southern Methodist University is seeking an Associate Director for Full-Time MBA Admissions. This role involves recruiting high-quality candidates for the full-time Cox MBA programs and conducting interviews as part of the Admissions Committee. Candidates will manage recruiting events, collaborate with the Marketing team, and support the Admissions Team. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or Master's in Higher Education Administration is preferred.
