This opportunity calls for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to manage pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent patient care standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to deliver quality service
• Manage inventory, including ordering and control of pharmaceuticals
• Utilize the QS1 system to process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols within the pharmacy

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a pharmacy setting is highly preferred
• Licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing
• Proficiency with the QS1 pharmacy system
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly with variable shift schedules as needed
