This position involves analyzing supplier data, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. Responsibilities Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements. Monitor market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities. Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $32.00–$35.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
