Remote Volunteer Planned Giving Education Coordinator — Legacy Lounge

With your generosity, we fund youth empowerment programs that provide underserved youth and young people with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun. Help Believe in Me coordinate accurate, accessible Legacy Lounge education about philanthropy and planned giving while maintaining clear professional‑advice boundaries. We are seeking a volunteer Planned Giving Education Coordinator to organize topics, speakers, source review, event materials, and learning resources for donors and community members. Responsibilities Develop an annual education calendar based on approved topics and audience questions Coordinate researchers, writers, speakers, professional reviewers, hosts, and event teams Maintain source citations, DISCLAIMERS, review records, versions, and update schedules Ensure content distinguishes general education from individualized legal, tax, investment, or estate‑planning advice Organize virtual sessions, articles, FAQs, presentations, and follow‑up resources Review materials for accessibility, plain language, privacy, and brand consistency Route technical questions to authorized professionals Track participation, feedback, content gaps, and improvements Qualifications Experience in adult education, planned giving, philanthropy, nonprofit development, training, events, financial education, law, tax, or communications Strong project management, research, editing, facilitation, and quality‑control skills Ability to coordinate licensed professionals without implying endorsement Familiarity with accessibility and donor privacy Appropriate credentials are welcome but do not expand role authorization This is a remote, recurring volunteer leadership role open worldwide.
