Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate attorney with 4-7 years of trial litigation experience to join its Product Liability and Class Action Litigation practice group in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, deposition and hearing experience, and the ability to excel within a dynamic litigation team. Duties Engage in motion practice and discovery. Draft briefs and prepare company witnesses for depositions. Take and defend depositions and make court appearances. Interact with clients and prepare for trial. Manage all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Requirements 4-7 years of trial litigation experience. Admission to practice law in Texas. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience with depositions and hearings. Strong case management abilities.
