Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the next era in semiconductor manufacturing at Texas Instruments!The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:Support manufacturing operationsDevelop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and qualityImplement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvementsPerform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog TechnologiesIdentify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous mannerSupport the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)Participate in data analysis and problem resolutionTraining and Development: Contribute to the growth of our Process Engineering Technicians through ongoing training and development. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes, equipment maintenance, and quality eventsStatistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, correlations, and root causes of process variations. Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvementsProblem-solving and troubleshooting: Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues and troubleshoot equipment and process problems. Ability to identify and analyze root causes of process variations and quality eventsCommitment to quality and safety: Strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality products and maintaining a safe working environment.
