Location: Naples, FL

Premier Electric is a leading electrical contractor in a wide range of projects and specializing ultra high-end residential homes. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions.

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and communication across multiple high-end residential projects.

This is a highly computer-based, detail-driven role —not a traditional field-heavy project management position. Success in this role comes from being organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and adaptable , with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.

You will work directly with a Senior Project Manager (hands-on training provided) and play a key role in change orders, project coordination, and communication .

• Coordinate projects from pre- construction/estimating through completion
• Manage and track change orders (a key driver of project profitability)
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and records
• Communicate with builders, clients, and internal teams
• Support projects transitioning from estimating into execution
• Utilize CAD, Microsoft Outlook, and project management tools daily
• Attend occasional local meetings with clients or at job sites (typically within 10–15 minutes of the office)

• Strong computer skills and comfort working in digital systems (non-paper-based)
• Experience with CAD or ability to quickly learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and professional communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Local to Naples, FL (no relocation available)
• Clean driving record (local travel required)

• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Exposure to project coordination, change orders, or construction documentation
• Bilingual English/Spanish (helpful for field communication)

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• Construction project coordination or administration
• Electrical or other trades
• Analytical or administrative roles (e.g., accounting) with strong organizational and technical skills

Electrical experience is not required if you are highly organized, strong with systems, and willing to learn.

• Primarily office-based in Naples, FL
• Occasional local travel for meetings (short distance)
• Collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Direct mentorship from a Senior Project Manager

• $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
