Job Summary

\n

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Accountant to join our team and manage the financial aspects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong skills of reporting, accounting, FP&A, SOX, and ERP system.

\n

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

\n

\n

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

\n

Accounting : Manage accounting treatments in compliance with GAAP, including but not limited to AP, AR, payroll, revenue and cost, inventory, fixed assets.

\n

Internal Controls: Develop, monitor, and enforce internal control compliance with SOX.

\n

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist executives in annual budget planning, track actual spending against budgets, and report variances.

\n

Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external financial audits, as well as tax audits.

\n

ERP System : Utilize and manage financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement new technologies to enhance financial management and reporting.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.

\n

Job Requirement

\n

\n
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master degree in accounting.
\n
• Experience: 10+ years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience, including supervisory or management roles
\n
• Professional Knowledge : Strong understanding of US GAAP, taxation regulation and SOX.
\n
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, SAP ERP.
\n
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify financial trends, analyze variance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
\n
• Certificate: U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
\n
• Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese
\n
