Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
- Support the Quality Management System and quality assurance activities.
- Perform product testing for complaints, stability, and quality verification.
- Prepare and review product testing reports.
- Review batch records (DHRs) for accuracy, completeness, and deviations.
- Conduct production inspections, quality audits, and internal audits.
- Write, review, and approve SOPs and quality documents.
- Support document control, record retention, and sample retention activities.
- Process returned medical instruments, including logging, decontamination, inspection, and documentation.
- Follow GMP and GLP procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Identify production deviations and ensure proper corrective actions are completed.
- Use computer systems for databases, inventory, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field and preferably 1+ year of medical device QA experience.
