You’ll be empowered to lead, grow, and make an impact.**The Role*** **What a day looks like:** **Funds Movement and Payments**: The Movement of high volume and time sensitive daily Customer Payments to the Trust/Investors as well as the movement of funds to pay for Visa/MasterCard purchases.**Reconciliation & Reporting**—Reconcile bank accounts and the Internal system of record to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensuring all accounts are balanced.**Managing Exceptions**-Investigating discrepancies, rejected payments, and missing funds and reporting issues to Payment Processing.**Maintain accurate record**s and support for all Settlements, supporting audits and regulatory compliance requirements.**Record and Track** various Customer Payment types to identify payment trends to provide to Management.* **You’re a great fit if you have:*** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred, or similar work experience.* Proficient in Microsoft excel.* Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors.* Problem-Solving-Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.* Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.**Why You’ll Love Working Here**This isn’t just a job, it’s a place to lead, grow, and thrive.
